Shipping

Shipping options, estimated delivery timing, and final costs are shown at checkout before payment. Timing can vary by item availability, warehouse processing, carrier service, destination, weather, and other carrier conditions.

Orders may ship in more than one package. If your order ships in multiple packages, tracking information may arrive separately.

Discreet packaging

Orders are handled with privacy-minded packaging. Carrier scans, delivery notifications, and payment records may still show information controlled by the carrier, payment provider, or platform.

Address changes

Use the Contact Us page immediately if your shipping address is incorrect. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

Damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect, use the Contact Us page as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and visible issue.

Returns

Use the Contact Us page before returning an item. Returns generally require approval. For hygiene and safety, intimate products, body-contact items, lingerie, personal care items, and sealed products generally must be unopened, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original sealed packaging to be eligible for return.

Opened, used, worn, washed, unsealed, damaged after delivery, final-sale, or incomplete items are generally not eligible for return unless the issue is due to damage, defect, incorrect shipment, or our error.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
